Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and bilingual Chinese Concierge to join our dynamic team at Cleantech Service Group. As a Chinese Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our residents, with a primary focus on our Chinese-speaking community.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist residents and their guests in a courteous and professional manner

Monitor amenity spaces (gym, lounge, pool, party room, etc.) to ensure proper usage

Enforce building policies and amenity rules respectfully and consistently

Conduct routine walkthroughs of amenity areas

Maintain cleanliness and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly

Manage amenity bookings and verify reservations as needed

Handle resident inquiries, concerns, or incidents and escalate when appropriate

Complete daily activity and incident reports
Qualifications:

Previous concierge, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to remain calm and composed in various situations

Basic computer skills for logging reports and checking bookings

Reliable and punctual
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday
Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay Rate: $21–$22 per hour
