The Role
We are looking for a Battery Assembly Tech witha genuine passion for excellence and a desire to work in our fast-paced, entrepreneurial production facility in Buffalo, NY.
The Assembly position works with a variety of different functions including supply chain, engineering, quality, etc. This is a hands-on position that works in a team environment, and requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and a safety mindset.
Salary: $18/hour
Qualifications
Required
- High School diploma or equivalent, or evidence of exceptional ability.
- Must have strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Must be reliable, have good initiative, be committed, and be quality focused.
- Ability to lift 30lbs.
- Ability to work with a team and in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions.
- Ability to perform repetitious duties, including walking long distances and standing for long periods of time.
- Must be aware of, and be able to follow all safety rules.
- Must have the ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
