The Role We are looking for a Battery Assembly Tech with a genuine passion for excellence and a desire to work in our fast-paced, entrepreneurial production facility in Buffalo, NY. The Assembly position works with a variety of different functions including supply chain, engineering, quality, etc. This is a hands-on position that works in a team environment, and requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and a safety mindset. Salary: $18/hour Qualifications Required High School diploma or equivalent, or evidence of exceptional ability. Must have strong command of the English language, both written and verbal. Must be reliable, have good initiative, be committed, and be quality focused. Ability to lift 30lbs. Ability to work with a team and in a fast-paced environment. Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions. Ability to perform repetitious duties, including walking long distances and standing for long periods of time. Must be aware of, and be able to follow all safety rules.
