Are you passionate about sustainability and eager to make a real impact within a forward‑thinking organisation? We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sustainability Administration Apprentice to join our Sustainability Team and support the delivery of our ambitious Green Plan.
As part of our dynamic Sustainability Team, you will play a key part in supporting sustainability leads across a wide range of activities aligned to the Trust’s commitment to achieving net zero by 2030.
You will act as the team’s central administrator, helping to coordinate work across our 10 priority areas, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and embedding sustainability principles into our organisation’s everyday decision‑making.
Alongside your administrative responsibilities, you will work towards a Level 4 Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Practitioner apprenticeship, gaining the skills and knowledge needed to build a strong career in the sustainability field. The programme includes eight structured learning pathways designed to support your development.
The the role is 2 years FTC including the 18 month Apprenticeship course in Sustainability.

What You’ll Be Doing
·Providing administrative support to the Sustainability Team
·Helping to coordinate and track progress against the Trust’s Green Plan
·Supporting compliance and reporting activities
·Contributing to projects across key sustainability workstreams
·Assisting with engagement initiatives to embed sustainability across the Trust
·Managing team documentation, communications and general administration

The recruitment process for all admin and clerical roles at Bands 2-4 will be a two stage recruitment process whereby shortlisted candidates will undertake an online literacy, numeracy, ICT and typing test. Only those candidates who pass the competency test will proceed to a formal interview.
