Wilo USA LLC is a subsidiary of Wilo SE, which is headquartered in Dortmund, Germany. Wilo is one of the leading manufacturers of pumps & pump systems for heating, cooling & air-conditioning solutions, water supply, and sewage & drainage. Wilo USA acquired Weil Pump and Scot Pump in 2017, American-Marsh Pumps in 2019 and QuantumFlo in October 2021, HydroServe in 2023 and Plad in 2023 and Hydroserve in 2023.

New manufacturing facility with climate control, lots of natural lighting, and an on site gym with personal trainer! We are located about 30 minutes north of Milwaukee.

Projects will include:

Scope 1 & 2 emissions reduction initiatives: lighting, hot water, and HVAC settings, shutdown unused equipment protocol, paint process venting, air compressor waste heat consumption/discharge
Develop recycling and waste tracking program
Bi-annual Ecovadis energy consumption reporting
Quarterly corporate utilities reporting
Rainwater reclamation tracking

Requirements

Currently working towards a degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, or related field.
Strong organization and communication skills.
