Roles and Responsibilities
Leading Lean monthly and quarterly hard close process for NUHD Powermax Ledger, ensuring accurate data reporting in GEV HFM consolidated Ledger.
Supporting External Audit on Powermax ledger, as well as Account Recs reviewon TGC1 and SOX Internal Control processes for Powermax project portfolio.
Facilitating closing process for PFMs, supporting on closing activities, reconciliations and issue resolutions, coordinating with Region CFOs and HQ team.
Collaborating with Global Supply Chain and Fieldcore to facilitate alignment for ICP reporting and I/C costs flow to ensure consistent revenue recognition on projects portfolio.
Driving data automation and process transformation initiatives for Powermax Ledger and connected tools (Op P&L transition, RHS Ledger-based reporting, SAM-PMX reconciliations quality management, etc.).
Owning Powermax Ledger data quality, including partnering with PFMs on projects reconciliations, optimization of reporting non-projects items, related data analytics and process improvements.
Owning and facilitating for NU Regions & PFMs closing process in GPSAM tool, incl. SOX control activities.
Leading LEAN/Improvement initiatives in NU for FP&A scope.
Driving GPSAM retirement project plan & create alternative workstreams.
Coordinating ITO hand-over process in for new projects set-up activities.
Coordinate HDNU Operations Finance central tasks with respect to Consolidation Ledger, Pacing Power BI tool, Treasury Representations, PMR calendar.
Lead the PMX Project setup COE team to execute on time Project setups in PMX
Required Qualifications/Skills
CA/Masters degree in Finance from an accredited university or college.
Major experience in Project Finance and FP&A
Extensive execution knowledge of HDNU GPSAM system
Extensive knowledge of PMX closing process
HDGT NU Business knowledge
Ability to coordinate and lead multiple projects
Strong finance experience
Fluent English knowledge is essential
