| To manage end‑to‑end store operations including receipt, storage, handling, issuing, documentation, and inventory control of materials. The role ensures accuracy, stock discipline, timely material availability, and compliance with company processes and safety standards. |

- Receive materials along with delivery challans, invoices, and packing lists.
- Verify quantity, quality, and specification against PO/GRN.
- Coordinate with QC/Inspection team for acceptance/rejection.

- Ensure systematic storage of materials using 5S, FIFO/FEFO, and safety norms.
- Manage binning, shelving, stacking, and segregation of consumables, spares, tools & critical items.
- Maintain proper handling of fragile, hazardous, and high-value materials.

- Issue materials to production, maintenance, and project teams based on approved MR/indent.
- Update ERP with real-time issue entries to maintain accurate stock balances.
- Track returnable materials, tools, and fixtures issued to departments.

- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP (SAP/Tally/Oracle/ERPNext).
- Conduct cycle counts, monthly stock counts, and annual physical inventory.
- Identify slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete items.
