The role ensures adherence to schedule, quality, safety, and cost targets while coordinating with contractors, consultants, and cross‑functional teams. | 1) |
- Lead day‑to‑day site construction activities including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural works.
- Prepare micro‑level schedules, work fronts, and daily/weekly progress plans.
- Ensure alignment with master schedule and highlight delays with mitigation actions.

- Review contractor work plans, method statements, lifting plans, and deployment.
- Manage performance of all subcontractors, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety compliance.
- Validate RA bills, measurement sheets, and ensure timely certification

- Ensure execution as per IFC drawings, specifications, QAPs, and construction standards.
- Review shop drawings, bar bending schedules, MEP layouts, and technical submittals.
- Monitor quality checkpoints, conduct inspections, and close NCRs and punch points.

- Engage with consultants, architects, OEMs, clients, and internal teams.
- Conduct daily site review meetings and publish progress dashboards.
