Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in Hungarian through phone, email, and chat regarding sustainability and green energy queries
- Assist customers with product information, service offerings, and account management
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective solutions
- Gather customer feedback to improve our services and product offerings
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in sustainability and green energy
Requirements - Fluency in Hungarian and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for sustainability and green energy
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the environmental or technology sectors, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Genuine interest in sustainability and helping customers adopt eco-friendly practices
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
