Facility Coordinator – Renewable Energy (O&M)

We are recruiting for our renewable energy client<\/b> seeking a Facility Coordinator<\/b> to support the Facility Management and Operations & Maintenance teams across renewable energy assets.
<\/p>
The role focuses on contract compliance, operational coordination, and performance monitoring<\/b> of renewable energy facilities, ensuring projects operate in line with contractual, regulatory and operational requirements.
<\/p>
Key Responsibilities (not limited to)
<\/h2>
<\/p>
• Coordinate facility management activities across renewable energy assets.
<\/div>
• Monitor compliance with project documents, contracts and operational obligations.
<\/div>
• Track O&M contractor performance against contractual availability guarantees.
<\/div>
• Maintain project documentation, trackers and contractual compliance registers.
<\/div>
• Coordinate communication between project stakeholders and operational teams.
<\/div>
• Monitor compliance across health, safety, environmental and operational standards.
<\/div>
• Support warranty and insurance claim processes where required.
<\/div>
• Assist with reporting, risk identification and operational performance monitoring.
<\/div>

Requirements
<\/h2>
<\/p>
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, or relevant field.
<\/div>
• Minimum
2+ years’ experience in renewable energy or infrastructure projects<\/b>.
<\/div> • Understanding of project documentation including PPA, EPC and O&M contracts<\/b>.
<\/div> • Knowledge of solar and/or wind technologies<\/b>.
<\/div> • Strong project coordination and stakeholder communication skills.
<\/div> • Ability to manage multiple operational and administrative processes.
