Marketing Manager
About the Role
Reporting to senior leadership, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising integrated marketing campaigns while maintaining strong brand consistency across all touchpoints.
You will oversee digital marketing, content strategy, paid media, events, sponsorships, marketing systems, reporting, and brand governance.
This is a fulltime role based at Chipping Norton.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan,execute and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, sponsorships and events
- Allocate and manage media spend in collaboration with stakeholders and external media agencies
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise strategies based on analytics insights
- Develop campaign reporting for stakeholders
- Create and manage campaign lists and audience segmentation
Digital Marketing & Paid Media
- Manage and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Review performance via Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
- Create and track UTM links to monitor campaign performance
- Respond to Google Reviews and manage online reputation
- Update special trading hours on Google My Business and Apple Maps
- Manage Yellow Pages listings
CRM & Marketing Automation (Pardot)
- Create and manage campaigns within Pardot
- Import, sync and manage marketing listsb(cross-check duplicates, opt-outs, undeliverables)
- Draft and create eDM and SMS content
- Build and edit eDM templates
- Finalise and send eDM and SMS campaigns
- Produce post-campaign performance reports
- Troubleshoot system issues and maintain database hygiene
- Manage compliance uploads and Gravity Forms
Social Media & Community Engagement
- Manage social inboxes (Meta & LinkedIn) including comments, messages and mentions
- Schedule and publish monthly content
- Manage community group updates
- Update Instagram story highlights and Linktree as required
- Post ad-hoc business updates (e.g. site closures, special announcements)
Content & Brand Management
- Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar
- Create high-quality blog posts, articles, case studies and website content
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop technical content
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines
- Follow brand approval processes
- Update digital and print templates using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign,nIllustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
- Manage staff email signatures and seasonal marketing banners
- Oversee uniform artwork approvals in line with brand standards
Events, Sponsorships & Corporate Gifting
- Manage, coordinate and execute events with full marketing collateral support
- Propose and manage sponsorship opportunities aligned with campaign objectives
- Liaise with sporting clubs and manage sponsorship entitlements
- Coordinate corporate gifts, staff gifts, Christmas hampers, welcome packs and promotional merchandise
- Manage mini and large-scale photoshoots
Reporting & Administration
- Monthly marketing schedules and reporting
- Invoice management across advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Marketing inbox and collateral management
- General marketing administration support
About You
You are a commercially savvy and detail-oriented marketing professional with experience managing end-to-end campaigns across multiple channels. You are confident working both strategically and operationally and enjoy collaborating across departments.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of paid media, analytics and campaign optimisation
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot highly regarded)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and digital reporting tools
- Strong copywriting and content development skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
