Summary

Major Duties
The incumbent serves as the Supervisory Facility Operations Specialist with a very diverse portfolio of responsibilities and is considered a critical program support position to not only the Maintenance & Engineering Division but also the Park as a whole. The major duties of the position include PMIS Project Development and Project Execution, FMSS Asset Portfolio Data Manager (PAM), Park Fleet Manager, Park Housing Manager, Park Environmental Program, Division Youth Hiring Program and Project Manager/Contracting Officers Representative (COR). AREA/DUTY STATION INFORMATION: Asheville, North Carolina - The duty station is located at the Blue Ridge Parkway Headquarters complex, which is within the city of Asheville, North Carolina. All goods and services are available in Asheville and the surrounding communities.
