Duties & Responsibilities

Portfolio Stewardship: Proactively manage the full operational lifecycle of renewable energy sites, rigorously ensuring all contractual and performance obligations are consistently met.
Performance Maximization: Continuously monitor system output, energy generation, and battery utilization, swiftly identifying and escalating any performance dips with clear resolution tracking.
Stakeholder Nexus: Act as the trusted primary liaison for site-level stakeholders (including Body Corporates and Managing Agents), managing escalations with professionalism and providing clear, factual updates.
Financial Integrity: Oversee and validate monthly billing data, working collaboratively with technical teams to resolve any metering or consumption discrepancies, thereby ensuring billing accuracy.
Project Integration Leadership: Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Deployment, and Technical teams to guarantee that all new projects move smoothly from commissioning through final handover into the active portfolio structure.
Compliance Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of statutory, regulatory, and safety compliance across the entire assigned asset base, ensuring all documentation is meticulously maintained.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Energy, Operations Management, Property Management, or a closely related technical/operational field.
Proven professional background in managing complex client relationships and addressing escalated issues effectively.
Demonstrated strong analytical capabilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail in operational or financial data review.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in utilizing MS Office suite and experience navigating various cloud-based operational systems.
Direct, hands-on experience or strong understanding of solar PV systems, battery storage technologies, or embedded generation projects.
Prior experience coordinating multi-functional teams across engineering, finance, and operations/maintenance functions.
Familiarity with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements pertaining to energy assets (e.g., SSEG compliance).
