What You’ll Do
This is a retail-based solar sales role.
• Engage customers in high-traffic retail locations
• Educate homeowners on how solar saves money and adds long-term value
• Qualify interest and present customized solar solutions
• Build rapport and trust with customers in a retail environment
• Represent Solar Pros with professionalism and confidence
Who We’re Looking For
We are hiring both entry-level reps and experienced closers.
• Motivated, goal-oriented individuals
• Strong communication and people skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Comfortable initiating conversations in a retail setting
• No experience required. We provide full training and ongoing support
• Previous sales or solar closing experience is a plus
