Renewable Energy Enrollment Specialist

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Pay: $36,000–$96,000+ per year
(Base pay + commission + bonuses)

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

This is a performance-based sales role for individuals who want to earn what they’re worth and grow in a structured sales environment.

At Mpower Direct, you will work directly with homeowners to present renewable energy service options and guide them through enrollment into clean energy programs. You will be trained, coached, and supported by experienced leaders in a high-performance culture.

No experience required; we provide paid training

Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

$36,000–$96,000+ first-year earning potential
• Guaranteed weekly base pay + uncapped commission
• $1,000 performance bonus (eligible within first few weeks)

Responsibilities

Engage homeowners in face-to-face conversations
• Present renewable energy service programs
• Educate customers on enrollment and clean energy options
• Guide customers from the first conversation through enrollment
• Build rapport and maintain professional follow-up
• Participate in coaching and ongoing training

Qualifications

Strong communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners in person
• Coachable and performance-driven
• Professional and reliable
• Ability to work evenings
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
• Integrity-driven with zero tolerance for misrepresentation
