Details:

We are seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator to support day-to-day operations at a refinery site. This role will work 3 days per week and provide general administrative and clerical support to site leadership and project teams.

Responsibilities:

Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Prepares meeting rooms, executes catering requests
Maintains office supplies and coffee inventory
Maintains records, documentation, and files for rotating equipment and oil analysis
Maintains delivery receipts and verifies lube oil invoices are correct before payment is issued
Assists with oil sample preparation, shipment, and analysis meetings
Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment (printers/scanners/handheld devices).
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, SAP related software.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
TWIC required for site entry, (not required for interview)

Schedule: Part-time, 3 days per week (on-site)
