We are inviting expressions of interest for a Sustainability and Safety Administrator to join our team.
This Brisbane-based, graduate-level role is responsible for collecting and entering monthly sustainability and safety data from project teams, populating corporate reporting templates, maintaining reporting systems, and providing key insights to assist both project and corporate teams in monitoring performance and progress against key initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and input monthly sustainability and safety data into corporate reporting systems.
- Analyse project data and turn it into clear insights for performance reporting.
- Develop engaging campaign materials - posters, toolbox talks, best‑practice guides and more.
- Support internal awareness campaigns that drive safety and sustainability improvements.
- Create eye‑catching visual content using Canva and PowerPoint for site and field teams.
- Maintain strong communication between corporate, office and project teams.
- Provide admin support to Sustainability and Safety teams, including meetings and initiative coordination.
- Assist with training materials, workshops, presentations and engagement activities.
- Help maintain accurate and up‑to‑date project and corporate documentation.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, or a related filed.
- Certificate in Health and Safety, or willingness to obtain.
- Experience (or internship/placement exposure) in sustainability, safety, environmental management, construction, or related fields.
- Demonstrated capability in collecting, organising, and analysing data, preferably in a corporate or project-based environment.
- Exposure to sustainability reporting frameworks or tools is highly advantageous.
- Experience developing visual communication materials such as posters, presentations, or awareness tools.
- Familiarity with corporate safety or reporting systems is desirable.
