A leading renewable energy IPP is seeking a Contracts Manager<\/b> to take ownership of contractual management across operational assets and construction projects<\/b>.
<\/p>
This role will focus on enforcing contractual rights, managing risk, and supporting project and asset teams<\/b> across a portfolio of renewable energy projects.<\/p>
Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/h3>
<\/p>
• Manage and enforce
O&M agreements, OEM contracts, and service agreements<\/b>
<\/div> • Oversee contractual relationships with contractors, operators, off -takers, and grid stakeholders<\/b>
<\/div> • Draft and review contractual notices, correspondence, and communications<\/b>
<\/div> • Support contract administration across EPC, BOP, TSA, and early works contracts<\/b>
<\/div> • Assess and manage claims, variations, and extensions of time (EOTs)<\/b>
<\/div> • Support dispute avoidance and resolution processes<\/b>
<\/div> • Identify, manage, and escalate contractual risks<\/b>
<\/div> • Maintain and improve contract management systems, trackers, and record -keeping<\/b>
<\/div> • Provide contractual guidance to asset management and project teams<\/b>
<\/div> • Ensure compliance with project agreements and commercial obligations<\/b><\/div><\/p>
Minimum Requirements:<\/b>

Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/div> • LLB / BCom (Law) / BA (Law)
<\/div> • Admission as an Attorney
<\/div><\/p>

Experience:<\/b>
<\/div> • 5+ years post -qualification experience
<\/div> • Strong experience in O&M and construction contract management<\/b>
<\/div> • Exposure to EPC, BOP, and renewable energy projects (IPP / REIPPPP)<\/b>
<\/div> • Experience managing off -taker and project finance -linked agreements<\/b>
