Manage daily manufacturing operations of solar panel production.

Plan production schedules and ensure timely achievement of targets.

Monitor productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization.

Coordinate with Quality, Procurement, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
<\/p><\/li>
Ensure compliance with safety norms and company policies.
<\/p><\/li>
Control inventory, reduce wastage, and improve operational efficiency.

Lead and supervise production staff and shift in -charges.
<\/p><\/li>
Prepare MIS reports and present performance updates to management.

B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering.
<\/p><\/li>
5–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations (Solar / Electrical preferred).
<\/p><\/li>
Strong leadership and team management skills.
<\/p><\/li>
Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and process improvement.
<\/p><\/li>
Good analytical and reporting skills.
