As the Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial health of high-value projects. You’ll work closely with operational and executive teams, ensuring strong financial governance, compliance, and strategic reporting. This position requires a confident, detail-oriented professional who understands the fast-paced, complex nature of construction or renewable energy environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full financial function and month-end reporting
- Prepare and review management accounts
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements
- Manage project costing and budget controls
- Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Completed SAICA / SAIPA articles
- Minimum 5 years’ post-articles experience
- Industry experience in Construction or Renewable Energy (essential)
