A Financial Analyst I shall be expected to provide analytical support to regional business teams on strategic decision making and operational support to global treasury for (a) ensuring compliance to local banking, financial and trade regulations (b) ensuring compliance to covenants applicable on existing and future credit facilities utilized in the region (c) managing local transactions and banking relationships. The role will require effective partnering and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or equivalent.
- 3-5 years prior work experience. Industry experience with renewable energy preferred.
Required Skills:
- Ability to perform analysis by assimilating multiple sources of information.
- Ability to operate effectively within a global multi-cultural organization and collaborate effectively.
- Problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Clear oral and written communication
- Strong grasp of MS office suite
Essential Responsibilities
- The Analyst will represent global finance teams locally to undertake financial analysis to support well-reasoned and collaborative decision making.
- The Analyst shall develop an understanding of local banking, financial and trade regulations and take lead in developing process and templates to ensure adherence to regional covenants and compliances.
- The Analyst shall be the point of contact for local banking relationships and advise treasury on changes from status quo.
