Help deliver one of NSW’s largest approved wind projects.Spicers Creek Wind Farm is located on Wiradjuri Country, north‑east of Wellington in the Central‑West Orana Renewable Energy Zone. The proposed ~700 MW project comprises up to 117 6MW wind turbines with potential for battery energy storage; NSW planning and EPBC approvals have been secured, and the project was selected under the federal Capacity Investment Scheme.

Project Controls Manager
Leads and ensures best-practice project controls systems and processes across the project, spanning schedule, cost, change, risk, and document control/administration, and produces integrated reporting across cost/schedule/progress/variance/risk/opportunities. The PD also notes coordination with the Project Controls / governance community of practice and providing senior leadership/PMO updates on contractor performance and commercial impacts (e.g., variations/EOT effects on EAC).
Cost Controller
Provides project cost performance analysis and supports compliant cost attribution, financial control and reporting across budgeting, forecasting, accruals/journals, cashflow monitoring, payment claims, and budget/cost variations. The PD emphasises alignment between budget/commitment/cost, ensuring payments relate to approved contracts/claims/variations per delegations, and producing detailed, risk-assessed forecasts at cost-code level with Finance.
Project Scheduler
Owns and maintains the project’s Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), integrating scope/interfaces/milestones/dependencies, tracking progress vs baseline, and producing schedule reporting (progress, lookaheads, metrics/dashboard inputs). The PD also calls out integrating contractor progress/approved changes, assessing EOT claims, and aligning schedule data with cost/risk for integrated reporting/EVM-style outcomes.
Contract Admin
Supports contract administration and operational readiness by implementing consistent processes, maintaining contract records/files, preparing contract documentation/notices/agreements, and facilitating approvals under delegation. The PD also includes supporting procurement activities (documentation and sourcing processes), tracking contract information in systems/tools, and assisting with reporting/change management and budget/forecasting support
Contract Manager
Controls and governs contract administration methods/procedures, produces commercial reporting/assessments to support decisions that improve profitability, and identifies/mitigates commercial exposure through proactive issue escalation. The PD highlights ensuring contracts are managed per legal/commercial policies, supporting monthly cost processing, monitoring subcontractor/supplier performance where needed, and participating in procurement (strategy, tender assessments, negotiations, award recommendations).
Health & Safety Advisor
Reporting to theWHS Manager– Delivery and Operations,theSenior Work,Health andSafetyAdvisor – Delivery is responsible formanaging all aspects of work health and safety associated withaSquadron Energy’s Spicers CreekWind Farm developmentincluding provision of safety advice,undertaking audits and inspections andleading / reviewing incident investigations.
This rolewillwork closelywith theSquadron EnergyProjectDelivery teambased on siteand the Principal Contractor for the project.
Environmental Advisor
Reporting to theSenior Environmental Advisorwhile also supporting the broader Project Team,theEnvironmental Advisor -Spicers Creek Wind Farm (SCWF)is responsible forprovidinghigh levelenvironmentaland sustainabilityadvice, includingexpertguidanceon environmental approvals,and supportingthe implementation of environmentalsystem management to ensure compliance with statutoryand project-specificobligationsonthe SCWF project.
Thisrole involves overseeing contractor performance, ensuring robust environmental management practices are implemented and providing assurance that all obligations are met.Strongstakeholderengagement, the ability tomanageandresolvecomplexenvironmentalissues, and delivering practical,fit for purpose solutions arecriticalto success in this position.
Civil Engineer (Roads)
Reporting to theConstruction Manager,theProject Engineer - Civilisforresponsible for supervising andmonitoringthe site works associated with one or more of the contractors for theSquadron EnergyProjects, ensuring the project is deliveredin accordance withthe project frameworks and Principal’s Requirements.
Primary responsibilities include managing all construction activities carried out by contractors, and ensuring works are being undertakenin accordance withhealth, safety, environment, quality (HSEQ), contractual and project requirements.
Civil Supervisor (Roads) & Civil Supervisor (Camp)
Reporting to theConstruction Manager,theCivil Supervisoris responsible forthe supervision of civil constructionworkson theSpicers CreekWind Farm (UWF)to ensurethat they are executedin accordance withthe project technical, program, quality, industrial, safety and commercial requirements.
Construction Manager
Reporting to the ProjectManager Spicers Creek Wind Farm,the Construction Manageris responsible fortheconstructionmanagement, coordination of contractor interfaces and community liaison.TheConstruction Managerwill alsobe responsible forestablishingandmaintainingstakeholder relationships including members of the community, landowners, contractors, visitors, investors, governmentbodiesand clients.
