The Carbon Emissions Sync Product Manager plays a critical role in advancing HP’s global commitment to sustainability. HP is a trusted partner in carbon accountability. As a strategic enabler of the program, the product manager will shape the offering’s direction, drive operational excellence, and ensure scalable, sustainable impact. This role involves not only program execution but also significant stakeholder management, strategic planning, and governance structuring to maximize the program’s effectiveness and reach.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Program Leadership
- Define and deploy and continuously refining the strategic roadmap for the Carbon Emissions Sync Service, ensuring alignment with HP’s broader Renew and sustainability efforts.
- Lead the development of governance frameworks and programmatic guidelines to facilitate efficient operations and consistent global execution.
- Drive impact measurement methodologies, ensuring data-driven insights inform strategic decisions and program optimization.
Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including HP’s Services Supply Chain, Renew, Sustainability Impact, Corporate Communications, Marketing and legal.
- Engage with HP leadership and regional teams to advocate for and drive the program’s adoption across different geographies.
Program Execution & Expansion
- Oversee the end-to-end development and execution of deployment plans, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain a real-time tracking and impact dashboard for all program activities, providing visibility and accountability.
- Identify opportunities to scale and enhance the program, integrating new technologies, partnerships, and funding models.
Communications & Advocacy
- Support the global Corporate PPRR and Communication function within HP in executing global engagement and communication strategies to drive awareness, participation, and advocacy for HOPE.
- Partner with HP’s Corporate Communications team to build compelling narratives and case studies that demonstrate the program’s social and environmental impact.
- Represent HOPE at global forums, industry panels, and internal leadership briefings, positioning the initiative as a model for digital inclusion and circular economy practices.
Key Deliverables & Accountabilities:
- Strategic program framework: Governance, KPIs, impact measurement.
- Deployment and risk management plans, ensuring smooth execution across all involved regions.
- Stakeholder engagement strategy, strengthening partnerships and program credibility.
- Sustainability reporting and impact metrics, feeding into HP’s corporate sustainability goals.
- Internal and external communications strategy, enhancing visibility and engagement.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a combination of Program Management, Sustainability, Circular Economy, ITAD, IT Refurbishment Services.
- Experience in Public/Government Affairs, NGOs Relations, or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a plus.
- Strong experience in managing global/multi-regional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to design, execute, and scale international programs with measurable social and environmental impact.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to craft and deliver high-impact presentations, reports, and proposals for various audiences, including executive leadership.
- Strong public speaking and advocacy skills, with experience representing programs at global forums.
Technical Proficiency
- Mastery of MS Office Suite, data visualization tools, and collaboration platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, digital engagement platforms, and sustainability tracking tools.
