Decarbonization Strategy Lead
Description -
About the Role
HP has established 2030 SBTi validated reduction targets and a 2040 Net Zero ambition as part of its long-term business and sustainability strategy. Delivering on these commitments requires not only credible decarbonization pathways, but also robust climate data, lifecycle measurement capability, climate risk integration, and coordinated execution across the enterprise and wider value chain.
As the Decarbonization Strategy Lead, you will play a senior enterprise-level leadership role responsible for shaping HP’s decarbonization strategy while also integrating climate data, and regulatory readiness into HP’s core business and governance frameworks.

The Climate Team operates as a tightly meshed, highly collaborative organization, with multiple interdependent workstreams spanning decarbonization execution, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), climate data platforms, supply chain engagement, corporate climate metrics, reporting, climate risk, and industry engagement.
The role will require the ability to act as a senior thought leader across HP and through our industry stakeholders.
