岗位职责
市场开拓与客户维护：负责区域市场的开拓及客户维护工作，完成部门下达的销售任务指标。
销售策略制定：制定销售策略、销售计划，以及量化销售目标。
客户关系管理：建立与维护客户关系，进行客户管理，负责与客户沟通和合同签订相关的直接工作。
市场调研与分析：对区域内的市场信息进行调研和分析，及时提供相关信息和建议。
项目投标与商务谈判：参与项目投标过程并制定有效的商务谈判策略。
合同管理与回款跟踪：负责合同从签订后到回款完结各环节的跟踪与管理。
技术交流与支持：负责与客户的技术交流，提供产品技术咨询和方案。
任职要求
学历与专业：大专及以上学历，材料、化学、物理、仪器相关专业优先。
工作经验：3-5年相关直销工作经验，3年以上移动式光谱仪或者直读光谱仪的销售工作经验者优先。
行业经验：倾向斯派克、日立（其他相关品牌）等品牌移动式光谱仪或者直读光谱仪的销售经验
技能要求：熟悉并掌握公司相关产品知识及行业知识，具备市场调研、客户管理、商务谈判等能力。
