The Onsite PWA Site Administrator is
responsible for ensuring full compliance with Prevailing Wage and
Apprenticeship (PWA) requirements on federally and/or state funded construction
projects. This role provides hands -on, onsite oversight of certified payroll,
workforce classifications, apprenticeship ratios, and labor compliance
documentation.<\/span><\/b>

The ideal candidate is detail -oriented,
knowledgeable in prevailing wage regulations, and comfortable working directly
with subcontractors and project leadership in a fast -paced construction
environment.<\/span><\/b>

Wage & Compliance Oversight<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure
compliance with Davis -Bacon Act, IRA labor provisions, and/or applicable state
prevailing wage laws<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Verify
proper worker classifications based on actual duties performed onsite<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitor
apprentice -to -journeyman ratios and confirm registered apprenticeship
participation<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Confirm
required wage determinations and labor postings are displayed onsite<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct
labor interviews/audits as required<\/span>

Workforce
Tracking & Documentation<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain
daily onsite workforce logs by classification<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Cross -reference
onsite labor with submitted payroll reports<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain
organized compliance files including:<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>CPRs
and Statements of Compliance<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Apprenticeship
agreements<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Fringe
benefit documentation<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Correction
and back wage records<\/span>
<\/p>
Communication & Reporting<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Serve as the onsite point of contact for labor compliance matters<\/span>
<\/li>Coordinate with subcontractors, general contractors, and compliance
leadership<\/span>
<\/li>Report on compliance with risks and issues to project management<\/span>
<\/li>Support internal and external audits (Owner, GC, DOL, third -party
auditors)<\/span>

with onboarding new subcontractors for compliance readiness<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Participate
in project meetings to provide compliance updates<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Utilize
compliance tracking systems (e.g., ProScore, or similar platforms)<\/span> <\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Qualifications<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Knowledge
of Davis -Bacon, IRA labor provisions, or state PWA requirements<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience
reviewing Certified Payroll Reports<\/span>

attention to detail and analytical skills<\/span>

in Microsoft Excel and compliance tracking systems<\/span>
<\/p>
