Position Overview
<\/b>The Project Compliance Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, tracking, and reporting on key compliance activities across multiple programs and departments. This individual will support data integrity, streamline documentation workflows, and play a critical role in helping to meet evolving regulatory and operational standards. Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/div>

<\/div>Compliance Data & Reporting
<\/li>Monitor and maintain compliance metrics, logs, and dashboards
<\/li>Track deliverables and ensure timely updates to internal compliance databases
<\/li>Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, or inconsistencies
<\/li>Prepare compliance reporting packages for internal reviews, audits, or regulatory needs
<\/li>Project Support
<\/li>Partner with the Compliance Program Manager and other internal teams to support project execution
<\/li>Maintain trackers for compliance initiatives and team deliverables
<\/li>Assist in process documentation and knowledge capture
<\/li>Contribute to SOP creation, audit readiness, and documentation improvement efforts
<\/li><\/ul>

<\/b>Communication & Coordination<\/b><\/div>

<\/div>Liaise with internal stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Legal, and Operations
<\/li>Coordinate compliance -related inquiries and ensure accurate, timely responses
<\/li>Support intake, triage, and assignment of compliance requests
<\/li><\/ul>

<\/b>Qualifications<\/b><\/div>

<\/div>Experience in compliance, operations, project coordination, or data analysis
<\/li>Experience working in fast -paced environments with regulated or audited functions
<\/li>Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
<\/li>Familiarity with compliance concepts in payroll, HR, or labor classification preferred
<\/li>Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
<\/li>Proactive communicator with strong critical thinking and problem -solving abilities
<\/li><\/ul>

<\/b>Preferred Experience<\/b><\/div>

<\/div>Exposure to workforce compliance programs or risk management environments
<\/li>Experience using project management software (e.g., Jira, Monday.com<\/a><\/span>, Asana)
<\/li>Previous work in a consulting or managed services model a plus
<\/li><\/ul><\/span>
