| Responsible for implementing, monitoring, and improving the Quality Management System (QMS). The role ensures compliance with applicable standards, customer requirements, and statutory regulations to deliver defect-free products/projects and continuous improvement across operations. |

- Implement and maintain ISO 9001 and other applicable quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with company quality policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Assist in preparing and updating quality manuals, SOPs, and formats.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments.

- Monitor incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure quality compliance.
- Ensure adherence to Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and Quality Control Plans.
- Analyze inspection results and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure calibration of measuring and testing equipment.

- Plan and conduct internal quality audits and support external audits.
- Ensure timely closure of audit observations and non-conformities.
- Coordinate with certification bodies, customers, and third-party auditors.
- Ensure statutory and customer compliance at all times.

- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and test certificates.
- Prepare periodic quality performance reports for management review.
- Track quality KPIs, rejection trends, and improvement actions.

| Education |
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
(Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Industrial / Production / Quality Engineering)
OR
- Diploma in Engineering with relevant and extensive experience in Quality Management

| Experience |
- 6–10 years of overall experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control
- Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
