Experience:
- 4 -7 years related working experience in a manufacturing environment
Education:
- Bachelor Degree in any technical field from accredited program

- Basic knowledge in JMP and SQL added advantage
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development and the maintenance of Quality Assurance procedures and records per ISO standards.
- Responsible for the training of personnel on Quality System requirements and procedures as required.
- Interface with other departments and customer on quality issues and feedback for root cause and corrective action.
- Define and implement corrective action and continuous improvement activities as assigned.
- Drive continuous improvement project in area of safety, quality, productivity and cost saving.
- Drive continuous improvement project in area of safety, quality, productivity and cost saving
- Utilize structured problem-solving methodology (7-Step, Why-Why Analysis, Fishbone diagram etc) in addressing internal quality issues and customer complaint.
- Participate in ISO internal audit as internal auditor.
- Participate in production readiness program.
- Communicate between different plants and ensure copy smart philosophy is followed.
- Assess risk evaluation and risk mitigation of quality issues and customer complaint.
- Train, plan, coordinate and supervise quality technician activity, and keep track their performance and development when applicable.
- Responsible for PRM test and ensure test and measurements are carried out in compliance to control plans and work instructions, including PRM sample management. (Applicable to Quality Operation)
- Perform data analysis using JMP and SQL application and prepare reports for reliability investigation and reliability test metrics. (Applicable to Quality Operation)
Physical Requirements:
- Sit and stand periodically during the day.
- Will walk and climb stairs.
- May lift up to 50 lbs.
- Required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects.
- May stoop, crouch, talk and hear.
- Specific vision abilities are required.
- All associates working on the production floor may be required to wear a respirator at any given time and thus, the ability to wear a respirator is a condition of employment and continued employment (requires little or no facial hair).
