- Plan and execute design projects from concept to release.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and design documentation.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and testing teams to ensure project success.
- Prepare regular project status reports and risk assessments.

- Conduct mechanical analysis (stress, thermal, vibration) through CAE tools or collaboration with simulation team.
- Review test results and implement design improvements.
- Perform root cause analysis to resolve design and field issues (8D, Why‑Why, FMEA).

- Review drawings, designs, and engineering calculations done by the team
