Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Planning & Deployment:
- Plan, coordinate, and optimize the deployment of plant and machinery across multiple sites within the cluster.
- Forecast equipment requirements for upcoming projects and ensure timely mobilization/demobilization.
Maintenance & Asset Management:
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all machinery.
- Monitor machinery health, downtime, and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, utilization, and maintenance history.
Budgeting & Cost Management:
- Prepare budgets and monitor costs related to machinery operations, maintenance, and rentals.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through optimized utilization and vendor management.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage relationships with equipment vendors, service providers, and contractors.
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and HQ to ensure machinery availability and operational efficiency.
Compliance, Safety & Standards:
- Ensure adherence to HSE standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct periodic inspections and audits to ensure operational compliance.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
- Prepare and submit reports on equipment utilization, performance, maintenance, and costs to senior management.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements for better equipment management.
