Production Manager-Critical Environments
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Production Manager to lead our team in achieving operational excellence. This role is responsible for ensuring workplace safety, maintaining quality standards, driving production efficiency, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular safety audits and Gemba walks.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure completion of required training.
Manage incident reporting and implement corrective actions.
Maintain compliance with all quality standards.
Lead initiatives to improve product quality.
Ensure timely resolution of audit findings and corrective actions.
Supervise and mentor team members to achieve performance goals.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth operations.
Develop and manage production schedules.
Implement process improvements using lean manufacturing principles.
Track KPIs to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and present regular performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in managing production teams and meeting operational targets.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
Effective leadership and team-building skills with exceptional communication abilities.
Proficiency in production management software and strong organizational skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities; adaptable under pressure.
Post-secondary education in a related field preferred.
