About the role
The primary purpose of this role is to assist the project construction supervision of electrical items.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct social screenings and assist in preparing Resettlement Action Plans
Engage with local communities to address grievances and ensure inclusivity
Support gender-based initiatives and community mobilization efforts
Key Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Science or related field
At least 5 years of experience, including 3 years in community engagement
Conduct social screenings, surveys, and community consultations for project activities
Assist in preparing Resettlement Action Plans (RAP) in compliance with national and donor requirements
Facilitate grievance redress processes and ensure timely resolution of community concerns
Support gender-based initiatives and promote inclusion of vulnerable groups
Build strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders through effective engagement
Prepare reports and documentation to support social safeguard compliance and project delivery
