Experiential Designer (Environmental & Spatial Design)

Overview
We’re looking for an Experiential Designer to help bring physical environments and brand moments to life across real-world spaces. This role will focus on spatial design, trade shows, out-of-home campaigns, and large-scale marketing activations, as well as supporting the visual design needs of offices, facilities, and workspaces as the company continues to scale.
You’ll work closely with internal creative and operations partners to design thoughtful, high-impact physical experiences that translate brand, storytelling, and function into the built environment.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, space, and execution.
What You’ll Do

Design and support experiential and environmental projects including:
- Trade shows and large-scale event activations
- Out-of-home and physical marketing campaigns
- Brand installations and spatial storytelling

Develop design concepts for offices, facilities, and warehouse environments as new spaces come online

Translate brand and marketing goals into physical, spatial design solutions
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and operations teams to execute projects from concept through production
- Create design documentation, layouts, and visual systems that can be handed off to fabricators and vendors
- Support 3D visualization and spatial planning for environments and activations
- Partner with internal stakeholders to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
What We’re Looking For

Experience designing experiential, environmental, or spatial projects

Strong background in trade shows, activations, or physical brand experiences

Comfort working across both marketing and environmental design needs

Proficiency in relevant design tools; 3D modeling skills are a strong plus
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
- A practical, execution-minded designer who can move projects forward independently
- Strong visual judgment and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for large, complex spaces
- Familiarity working with vendors, fabricators, or production partners
- Background in fast-paced, scaling environments
