ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Coordination: Monitor and track purchase orders, ensuring vendors deliver materials and equipment on time.
Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors to resolve delays, discrepancies, or quality issues.
Project Support: Work closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align material deliveries with project milestones.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of expediting activities, delivery schedules, and vendor performance.
Risk Mitigation: Identify potential supply chain bottlenecks and proactively implement corrective actions.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements for logistics and material handling.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to project managers and leadership on delivery status and supply chain risks.
QualificationsMinimum 10 years in expediting, supply chain, or logistics roles, with at least 5 years in energy, power, or industrial projects (BESS preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field. Advanced certifications (APICS, PMP) are a plus.
