ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution: Develop and implement detailed project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), and commissioning teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Technical Oversight: Provide guidance on installation, integration, and commissioning of BESS components (battery modules, inverters, transformers, switchgear, EMS).
Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve execution challenges proactively.
Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective execution.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to industry standards (IEC, IEEE, UL) and regulatory requirements for energy storage projects.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare progress reports, maintain project documentation, and present updates to senior leadership.
Team Leadership: Mentor and manage project engineers, site managers, and contractors to achieve execution excellence.
QualificationsExperience: Minimum 15 years in project execution, with at least 5 years in renewable energy or BESS projects.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred.
