Responsibilities1. Land Acquisition & Due Diligence
- Identify land requirements for the BU in line with expansion plans.
- Coordinate property surveys, feasibility studies, and valuation.
- Facilitate legal due diligence, title verification, encumbrance checks.
- Liaise with government departments, consultants, local authorities, and brokers.
2. Documentation & Legal Compliance
- Maintain and update all land records, agreements, title deeds, and maps.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements for land and property.
- Work closely with legal teams for drafting, reviewing, and executing MOUs, sale deeds, lease agreements, and NOCs.
3. Estate Management
- Oversee estate operations, including upkeep of properties, facilities, security, and utilities.
- Periodic inspections of land and estate assets.
- Manage tenancy issues, lease renewals, rent collection (if applicable).
- Address and resolve land disputes, encroachments, and local issues.
4. BU Coordination & Internal Support
- Act as a single point of contact for the BU for all land-related matters.
- Support BU leadership with land insights, risk assessments, and utilisation reports.
- Coordinate with Finance, Projects, Legal, Admin, and Corporate teams.
5. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain GIS/land database, estate inventory, and digital documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, utilisation statements, and compliance trackers.
- Present monthly status updates to BU Management and Corporate.
6. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage external vendors such as surveyors, valuers, legal firms, and estate maintenance contractors.
- Ensure cost-effective and compliant service delivery.
7. Risk & Cost Optimisation
- Identify risks related to land, legal issues, or estate maintenance.
- Support in budgeting, cost optimisation initiatives, and long-term asset planning.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Geography / Real Estate / Law / Business Administration (as applicable).
- Experience: 2–20+ years depending on level. ( Depending upon garde can be decided)
- Preferred: Exposure to large organisations with multiple BUs, government liaison experience.
