We are looking to hire a competent Solar & Inverter Technician \/Project Supervisor to join our team<\/b>

Job descriptions & requirements<\/b>

Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/div> Installation and commissioning of inverters and solar solutions
<\/span><\/li> Ensure proper troubleshooting and re\-installation of Inverters and UPS at various sites
<\/span><\/li> Attend to clients and create designs as required by clients
<\/span><\/li> Ensure Quality products and accessories are used for projects
<\/span><\/li> Ensure safety at sites for the team and workshops in the office
<\/span><\/li> Generate a professional safety report and recommendations for every client
<\/span><\/li> Good communication between the engineering team and other departments
<\/span><\/li> Support in the preparation, evaluation, interpretation, and product design and detailed specifications of electrical systems.
<\/span><\/li> Use engineering principles and techniques to execute projects
<\/span><\/li> Inspect and control the contract drawing for the accuracy of dimensions and details.
<\/span><\/li> Provide Preventive\/comprehensive Maintenance for clients
<\/span><\/li> Carry out a site audit and design before installation
<\/span><\/li> Basic monitoring and supervision of the ongoing project, Installation of Inverters and UPS, industrial AVR, solar power, etc., at various clients' sites
<\/span><\/li> Manage the existing clients and develop new business support
<\/span><\/li> Carry out a routine check on the client's machine as requested
<\/span><\/li> Take full responsibility for dealing with the relevant customer complaints, queries, and requests for information
<\/span><\/li> Prompt response to RFQs and presentations
<\/span><\/li> Must approach all matters with a non\-biased and professional manner.
<\/span><\/li> Facilitate business growth by working together with clients as well asbusiness partners
<\/span><\/li> Carry out relevant research as required and requested by the management
<\/span><\/li> Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly statistical reports as appropriate
<\/span><\/li> Overseeing Technical Operations and building strong customer relationships
<\/span><\/li> Maximizing the company's operating performance
<\/span><\/li> Involved with the planning, direction, and coordination activities of companies.
<\/span><\/li> Devises strategies and policies designed to ensure the organization meets its goals.
<\/span><\/li> Attend meetings and be involved in contract negotiation
<\/span><\/li> Take corrective action to solve organizational technical problems
<\/span><\/li> Provide input to the relevant government agency\/commission
<\/span><\/li> <\/ul>

Requirements<\/h3>

HND\/BSc in Electrical\/Electronic Engineering or a related field
<\/span><\/li> Minimum of 5 yearsâ experience in solar PV, inverter, UPS installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
<\/span><\/li> Proven experience supervising projects and technical teams.
<\/span><\/li> Strong knowledge of system design, troubleshooting, and safety standards.
<\/span><\/li> Ability to interpret technical drawings and prepare basic reports.
<\/span><\/li> Relevant certifications are an added advantage.
