Responsibilities

Assess the partners business and jointly develop successful strategies to incorporate and sell products and solutions in a way that positively impacts all aspects of the partners P&L.
Drive revenue and market share at partner accounts including but not limited to negotiating supply agreements, providing product training, assisting in the development of co-marketing/demand generation campaigns, introducing new products, and managing day-to-day business issues.
Manage a portfolio of installers/dealers/system integrators partners to achieve revenue and share objectives,
Gather and report regional market and competitive intelligence in order to keep abreast of the regional market situation, policy, customer, competitor, and supplier trends.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline
5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in a Solar Energy industry selling via indirect channels such as authorized dealers and distributors.
Wide sales pipeline of local photovoltaic installers/dealers/system integrators.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, innovative strategic thinker with a passion for driving results, and a strong sense of personal accountability.
Experience negotiating and executing contracts.
Must have a valid drivers license; ability to travel.
Native speakers with proficient English skills.
