Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Director
Location: Mumbai
Reporting To: Director / Senior Leadership
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the Director, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, managing high-level communication with discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Strategic Coordination: Facilitate the timely execution of business priorities by coordinating with various departments and tracking progress on strategic and operational initiatives.
- Information Consolidation: Compile, analyze, and present critical business inputs to support effective and timely decision-making by senior leadership.
- Calendar & Meeting Management: Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule key meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and follow up on action items for seamless coordination.
- Project & Task Management: Track the status of ongoing projects, ensure timely execution of key deliverables, and provide regular updates to the Director on progress and potential roadblocks.
