Real Property Services Region/District Liaison
Job Description and Duties
Under the general direction of the Office Chief for Real Property Services, the Senior Right of Way Agent (SRWA) in Real Property Services (RPS) acts as Region/District Liaison who will provide guidance and assistance to Regions/Districts and must possess a working knowledge of the Right of Way Property Management Data System (RWPMS) and the Excess Lands Management System, in addition to the Right of Way Management Information System 2 (ROWMIS 2). The SRWA participates in policy development and active management of the Department's Property Management, Airspace, Excess Land Sales, and Clearance & Demolition programs. The SRWA will also have a particular focus on the 710 Affordable Sales Program and the implementation of affordable housing in conjunction with Executive Order N-06-19.
Eligibility for hire may be determined by your score on the Senior Right of Way Agent exam. For those who do not have current eligibility (e.g., transfer, permissive reinstatement, or voluntary demotions) and/or who will be new to state civil services employment, you must be on the state examination list to be eligible for these positions. Special Requirements
