- Integrate solar, storage, and EV charging infrastructure into project designs during the pre-construction and design-development phases, ensuring seamless integration with building plans and specifications.
- Perform detailed assessments of potential new construction sites, analyzing energy models, building plans, and utility data to optimize system design for maximum financial return and energy savings.
- Use your knowledge of a customer’s objectives, construction timelines, utility rate schedules, and specialized incentives for multi-family housing (e.g., SOMAH, MASH) to develop compelling solar and clean energy solutions.
- Prepare and present persuasive proposals and financial models that clearly articulate the value proposition of clean energy for new multi-family and commercial construction projects.
- Collaborate closely with our engineering, design, and construction teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, code-compliant, and aligned with project budgets and schedules.
