Sustainability Solutions Analyst (Fixed term) - Your future position?
As a Sustainability Solutions Analyst in our Budapest office, you will deliver high quality solutions for Givaudan to enable the acceleration and scaling up of the Sustainability team strategic agenda by partnering with key internal and external stakeholders
You will directly report to the Sust. Solutions Analyst Team Lead focusing on the Social Responsibility & Responsible Sourcing specialization within the Global Sustainability Solutions team.
Main responsibilities:
Deliver Sustainability Solutions:
- Deliver high quality Sustainability solutions (in adherence with agreed processes, tools, performance indicators)
- Manage and execute process documentation content maintenance (e.g. SOPs)
- Analyse data in order to identify, raise and contribute to continuous process improvements
- Provide inputs to regular status updates for internal stakeholders and follow up / update action plans
- Participate and contribute to programs and projects with relevant subject matter experts/owners within the Global Sustainability team and sponsors/SMEs from other Givaudan functions
- Perform other duties and manage ad-hoc projects linked to the Sustainability team agenda
External ESG ratings assessments:
- Coordinate completion of external ESG ratings assessments, necessary to obtain external rating to Givaudan’s ESG performance (includes preparation of working files and prefilling of responses).
- Partner with key internal stakeholders to ensure successful completion of assessments (EHS, Sustainability, HR, and other corporate functions)
- Maintain IT systems, tools, databases, company user IDs for various external platforms (Reporting dashboard, Platform SMETA, etc.)
External stakeholder requests:
- Process and categorise inflow of requests in team mailbox, including allocation of requests based on agreed criteria
- Coordinate completion of allocated customer, media, and investors' questionnaires and requests (includes support the analysis of requests, investigation / collection / consolidation of relevant data / content / reports, and crafting of proposed responses)
- Support the analysis of requests trends
Sustainability information portal management (AskMe):
Coordinate resolution and processing of pipeline of requests coming through the portal (AskMe)
- Maintain the structure and content within the portal, as well as the workflow to manage pipeline of requests
- Support the analysis of requests trends
External audits:
- Interact with external auditors and key internal stakeholders in order to coordinate the successful planning and execution of external audit activities, which are necessary to obtain external assurance of Givaudan’s annual report, as well as meet customer’s social responsibility requirements linked to Sedex-Smeta (includes coordination of the planning and organization of the external audits agenda across various functions and sites; EHS, Sustainability, HR, and corporate functions)
Sustainability programmes:
- Support the planning and delivery of selected workstreams within sustainability programmes, in agreement and collaboration with the Sustainability team stakeholders (for example: support of Active level tasks within the Sourcing4Good programme)
- Maintain data records within digital solutions, linked to specific data workstreams within Sustainability programmes through collaboration with key sustainability and other functional stakeholders
- Provide selected data for Givaudan’s annual reporting and for external assurance
