Enlight is seeking to hire an Asset Manager based in Hungary to join our growing team and support the company’s renewable energy operations in the region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and optimize our renewable energy assets, drive operational excellence, and contribute to the company’s mission of advancing sustainable energy solutions across Europe.
- Operational Management: Managing day-to-day operations and maintenance/correction of the O&M contractor's activities to ensure the execution of the work plan.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze PV sites performance data.
- Commercial management: Managing contracts and negotiating new contracts
- Financial Management: Managing the operating budget/ revenues and preparing financial reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for stakeholders
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or any related field. Master’s degree or professional certification – an advantage.
- Fluent in Hungarian and English - a must
- 3-5 years of experience in Asset management within the renewables sector.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale assets or portfolios, with a focus on performance optimization and financial management
- In-depth knowledge of renewable technologies and operations
- Strong commercial skills
- Familiarity with Hungarian regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Familiarity with PPA’s and financial revenues scheme
