Salary: $118,000 – $150,000 per year
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil engineering design and project delivery for utility-scale solar and renewable energy projects. This role requires a licensed Professional Engineer with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and experience managing projects from planning through construction support.
Responsibilities
- Lead civil engineering design and delivery of utility-scale solar and energy projects.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and client expectations.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, utilities, and regulatory agencies.
- Oversee permitting, plan processing, and regulatory approvals.
- Prepare proposals, change orders, budgets, and project invoices.
- Support business development and identify new project opportunities.
- Mentor engineering staff and oversee project workflows.
- Monitor project financial performance and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum 10 years of civil engineering design experience.
- Minimum 3 years of project leadership experience.
- Experience managing utility-scale solar or renewable energy projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.
