Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Provide clear and accurate information about renewable energy products and services.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all interactions.
- Document all customer interactions accurately to assist in continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements - Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong commitment to customer service and helping others.
- Experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.
