Your Responsibilities

- Assist customers with inquiries about renewable energy products and services.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to support service improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
Requirements - Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is essential.
- Genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
