Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat regarding renewable energy products and services
- Assist clients with questions about renewable energy solutions, installation processes, and maintenance
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of complex issues
- Gather client feedback to enhance our services and offerings continuously
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in renewable energy
Requirements - Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the renewable energy sector, is desirable
- Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passion for renewable energy and helping customers make sustainable choices
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
