Whether you’ve been cutting wood for years or are just starting out, we’ll pay you to learn, keep you working full-time, and help you grow into a master craftsman.
🔨 WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Install trim, crown molding, and woodwork that wows homeowners
• Build and fit cabinets, doors, and frames with precision
• Measure twice, cut once and always deliver perfect results
• Sand, stain, and finish wood to make every detail shine
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe—because the little things matter
• Work with homeowners and teammates with professionalism and pride
🎯 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• No experience? No problem. We’ll pay you to learn.
• Obsessed with detail and love working with their hands
• Reliable, hardworking, and professional—no excuses, no shortcuts
• A team player who believes in supporting their crew
• Comfortable using saws, nail guns, and hand tools
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
