Dispatcher<\/b> to manage the daily dispatch operations from our Johannesburg
warehouse. The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating
outgoing deliveries, preparing dispatch documentation, and ensuring the
accurate and timely movement of goods to clients and branches.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>

Dispatch Coordination<\/b>
<\/p>
Schedule
and coordinate daily dispatches for outgoing deliveries.
<\/li>Prepare
accurate dispatch documentation, including delivery notes and packing
slips.
<\/li>Ensure
all goods are correctly picked, packed, and ready for delivery.
<\/li><\/ul>Driver & Route Management<\/b>
<\/p>
Brief
drivers on delivery routes, customer requirements, and safety protocols.
<\/li>Track
and follow up on deliveries to ensure completion and address any delays.
<\/li>Communicate
with logistics partners and internal teams regarding scheduling or
delivery updates.
<\/li><\/ul>Warehouse & Stock Support<\/b>
<\/p>
Assist
with inventory checks, stock counts, and loading/unloading activities.
<\/li>Report
any discrepancies or damages identified during dispatch.
<\/li>Support
general warehouse operations as needed during off -peak dispatch times.
<\/li><\/ul>Documentation & Reporting<\/b>
<\/p>
Maintain
accurate dispatch records and update delivery statuses.
<\/li>Ensure
compliance with internal dispatch procedures and safety protocols.

Qualifications<\/b>
<\/p>
Matric
(Grade 12) minimum.
<\/li>Certificate
or diploma in Logistics or Warehouse Management is an advantage.
<\/li><\/ul>Experience<\/b>
<\/p>
Minimum
2 years’ experience in a dispatch or warehouse coordination role.
<\/li>Experience
in a technical product environment or the solar/electrical industry is
beneficial.
<\/li><\/ul>Skills<\/b>
<\/p>
Strong
organizational and time -management skills.
<\/li>Excellent
communication skills with attention to detail.
<\/li>Familiarity
with delivery documentation and dispatch workflows.
<\/li>Ability
to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
<\/li><\/ul>Additional Requirements<\/b>

Valid
driver’s license.
<\/li>Physically
fit and comfortable assisting with dispatch and loading tasks.

to work overtime or weekends during peak periods.
